General
1.
KARZANSOFT
is giving one
month credit
period to pay
the final
balances after
the
completion of
any
project/service.
In case
of any delay
more than 1
month to pay the
remaining
balance;
KARZANSOFT
has the full
authority to
suspend/discontinue/block
the
concerning
service/all the
services to the
customer.
2.
KARZANSOFT
will close /
cease the
project after
three months of
the project’s
signing
date if
client does not
show any
positive
response to
reminders
follow ups KARZANSOFT;
in such condition any advance /
down payment
will not be
refunded.
3.
Client is
responsible to
purchase all the
relevant
software
licenses to
execute any
project/service.
4.
KARZANSOFT
is not
responsible
for the
service
after
the
service expiry.
Client may sign Annual
Service
Agreement
with
KARZANSOFT or pay
on per
visit
basis.
Website Design & Development
1.
Every
extra
revision
after
allowed
revisions
for any
page/artwork
will be
charged
extra,
according
to the
scope of
work.
2.
KARZANSOFT tries its best to
fine tune the website for the
quick download. But if client
wants more animations and graphics on
its website then KARZANSOFT is
not responsible
for the slow download of the website.
3. If
KARZANSOFT is preparing
the data for the customer,
customer can revise it 3 times.
At 4th revision KARZANSOFT will
charge 40% of the charges agreed
for data
preparation.
4. Client is responsible to provide the website
content & data including text,
pictures, logo
etc if the client is not paying
for Data Preparation.
6. If
KARZANSOFT has designed
more than 1 page after the
approval of home/first page
and
client needs to change the
design of home/first page, then
client will be charged
40% for
each page even if there was no
revision for other pages. |
